Be kind, be honest, and use this site the way it’s meant to be used: to spread a little sunshine. Everything below is just that idea with details.

Using this site

This site exists to share what Operation Floating Sunshine does and to let you take part. Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, or tamper with it, no scraping people’s information, and no pretending to be someone you’re not.

What you send us

When you submit a form, you promise what you share is truthful and yours to share, and you give us permission to use it to run Operation Floating Sunshine: reviewing nominations, coordinating volunteers, and supporting the prayer circle. Prayer and praise requests are shared publicly only when you tick the box that says we may.

Our content

The words, images, doodles, and sunshine on this site belong to Operation Floating Sunshine. Sharing a page or post with friends is always welcome. Please just don’t reuse our content commercially or claim it as your own without asking first.

Donations

When online giving is open, donations are voluntary gifts that support our work and are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure pages. Made a mistake or have a question about a gift? Email us and we’ll make it right.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, or counseling advice. Our prayer circle offers spiritual encouragement, not crisis care. If you or someone you love is in crisis, please call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.

Other people’s links

We sometimes link to other sites: social media, partners, resources. Those sites belong to their owners; we’re not responsible for what lives there.

Our best effort

We work hard to keep this site accurate, safe, and available, but it’s provided as-is. We can’t promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for problems that come from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms as Operation Floating Sunshine grows. The date at the top always tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
